Buddah

Before 1969 artist on the Buddah label were released in New Zealand on the Kama Sutra label.

Buddah: 1969-72

In 1969 Philips Records (NZ) Ltd  took over manufacturing and distributing of Buddah Records. Singles were issued in a unique sleeve.

Buddah: 1972-76

In 1970 Philips Records distribution division was rebranded as PolyGram Ltd. Buddah Records singles were still issued in the above sleeve until the end of 1972. From 1973 on singles were issued in generic PolyGram company sleeve.

PolyGram stopped issuing vinyl singles on the Buddah label in New Zealand in 1976.
