This site provides information about the record company sleeves used for New Zealand pressed and distributed 7" vinyl 45s. There are some gaps and possible mistakes. Peak

Peak was a Christchurch based independent label owned by Jack Urlwin. As well as licensing several overseas labels like Epic, Cadence and King Records. It also released recordings by local artists.
 

Peak: 1959-64

From 1959 to 1960 the label was independent distributed. Singles were issued in a bag not a sleeve.

After 1960 the label was distributed by Philips Electrical Industries. A unique paper sleeve was introduced.

Peak stopped releasing singles in 1970.
