A&M

A&M: 1966 to 1971

In 1966, the newly formed Festival Records (NZ) Ltd obtained the rights to release the A&M catalogue in New Zealand. A&M singles were issued in the generic Festival company sleeve.

In 1971 Festival introduced the black sleeve.

In 1975 the blue festival sleeve was introduced.

Festival stopped issuing A&M singles on vinyl in New Zealand in 1986.
