Bronze

Bronze:  1971 to 1972

In 1971 Polygram (NZ) Ltd obtained the rights to release newly formed British label Bronze Records in New Zealand. From 1972 to 1975. Bronze singles were issued in the Polygram company sleeve.

Bronze:  1972 to 1974

In 1972 Polygram Records Ltd became Phonogram Ltd. The sleeve changes accordingly.

Bronze: 1975

In 1975 WEA (NZ) Ltd took over distribution. The records were manufactured by EMI. I am unsure what sleeves Bronze singles were issued in during this period. Probably the black WEA company sleeve. If you can shed light on this can you please leave a comment or email please.

Bronze:  1976 to 1979

By 1976 Bronze Records were back being distributed by Phonogram (NZ) Ltd. This continued until 1979. During this time singles were issued in Phonogram's company sleeve.

Bronze: 1980 to 1982

In 1980 Festival Records (NZ) Ltd took over distribution of Bronze Records in New Zealand. Singles were issued in Festival's company sleeve.

Bronze Records stopped releasing vinyl singles in New Zealand in 1982.
