Island

Island: 1970 to 1974

In 1970 Festival Records (NZ) Ltd obtained the New Zealand manufacturing and distribution rights to British label Island Records. Singles were issued in a Festival Records company sleeve.

Island: 1971 to 1974

In 1974, Festival changed its company sleeve. The black sleeve was introduced.

Island: 1974 to 1986

In 1974, the blue Festival sleeve was introduced.

Island Records New Zealand stopped releasing vinyl singles in 1988.
