Kapp Records was an American record label which began operations in New Zealand in 1962, releasing singles until the end of 1967. During its five years of New Zealand distribution, it was distributed under the Philips, which underwent two name changes during Kapp's run. The change in Philips' name branding indicates what sleeves were issued for Kapp singles between 1962 and 1967.
Kapp: 1962 to 1964
During the first two years of Kapp's operations, its singles were issued in a unique company sleeve. At the time, it was distributed by Philips Electrical Industries of New Zealand ("P.E.I. (N.Z.) Ltd." on the sleeve).

Philips Electrical Industries of New Zealand (of which Kapp was a subsidiary label) went through a rebranding around mid-1964, after changing its name to Philips Records (N.Z.) Ltd in May of the year prior. This also followed a change in the manufacturing of their records, changing from an outer deep ring to an inner deep ring.
It is likely that as a result of the rebranding, Kapp singles started being issued in the Philips company sleeve. A new Kapp sleeve may have been used at this time bearing the renamed Philips company, however I haven't come across a copy of this. Please get in touch if you can provide insight to this.
