Lotus

Lotus was a Wellington-based record label which ran briefly from 1961 until 1966. It ran independently for its first five years of operations, before being distributed by the Manufacturers Distribution Company Limited in 1966 right before ceasing its operations.

Lotus: 1961 to 1962

Between 1961 and 1962, Lotus released the most singles it would issue as a label. During this time, Lotus singles came in a unique company sleeve.

Lotus: 1966

In April 1966, Lotus released one single, after nearly four years of no singles being issued.  The one Lotus single was likely issued in a wallpaper sleeve.
