Verve

Verve: 1956 to 1958

From 1956 to 1958 Philip Warren Ltd. (predecessor to Top Rank Records (NZ) Ltd.) distributed the Verve label in New Zealand. Singles were issued in a unique sleeve or the Philip Warren Ltd company sleeve.

Verve did not release any singles in New Zealand between 1958 and 1962.

Verve: 1962 to 1967

In 1962 Allied International started distributing singles on the Verve label again. Single were probably issued in the Allied International company sleeve, If you can shed some light on this please leave a comment.

Verve: 1967 to 1969

In 1967 Philips took over distributing Verve Records. Singles were issued in the Philips company sleeve.

Philips stopped releasing singles on the Verve label in 1969.
