WEA

From 1972 to 1975 the WEA group of labels was distributed in New Zealand by EMI. In 1975 WEA Records N.Z. Limited went fully independent. It did not started issuing singles on its own 'WEA' label until 1979.

WEA: 1979 to 1982

WEA singles were issued in the WEA company sleeve.

WEA: 1982 to 1986

The WEA blue sleeve was introduced in 1982.

The sleeve design changed again in 1986.

The WEA label stopped issuing vinyl singles in 1990.
